Saturday is when BFA @ The Beach hits full stride. From sunset through late night, expect an electrifying mix of live bands, DJs, immersive activations, beachside activations, and unforgettable moments shared with thousands of festival-goers. Whether you’re here for the music, the beverages, the food, or simply the atmosphere, Beach Party Saturday delivers the ultimate festival experience.

Sunday Family Day

Sunday is designed as a more relaxed, family-friendly experience.

Please help keep the festival grounds enjoyable for everyone by supervising your pets at all times and cleaning up after them promptly, as part of our commitment to sustainability and community responsibility. Let’s work together to create a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment for all guests.

Entry Conditions & Festival Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, fun and memorable experience for all guests, entry to BFA @ The Beach is subject to the following conditions.

Admission

  • All guests must possess a valid ticket, pass, accreditation, or invitation for entry.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified date and session.
  • Guests may be required to present a valid photo identification upon request.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour may affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.


Alcohol Consumption

  • Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 years and above.
  • Guests under the age of 18 years will be required to put on a wristband as a means of identification. (See below section on minors.)
  • Guests may be required to present valid identification for age verification by the Organiser and/or the participating vendors.
  • All exhibitors, participating vendors, sponsors, concessionaires, hospitality operators, and any other party serving, supplying, or distributing alcoholic beverages (“Alcoholic Providers”) are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing conditions, and age-verification requirements to the sale, supply, promotion, and consumption of alcohol.
  • Alcohol Providers reserve the right to refuse service where age cannot be satisfactorily verified or where a guest appears intoxicated.
  • The Organiser may implement reasonable measures to support responsible service practices, including age-identification wristbands, spot checks, signage, and responsible drinking campaigns; however, such measures do not relieve Alcohol Providers of their legal obligations.
  • Guests must not purchase, procure, supply, share, or otherwise provide alcoholic beverages to any minor.
  • Any guest found supplying alcohol to a minor may be removed from the festival grounds without refund and may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to, refuse service to, or remove any person who fails to comply with these requirements.
  • Responsible consumption is encouraged at all times.


Security screening

  • All bags, personal belongings, and persons entering the festival grounds may be subject to security screening, bag checks, and inspection.
  • Prohibited items (details below) may be confiscated or refused entry.
  • Refusal to comply with security checks may result in denial of entry without refund.


Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted within the festival grounds:

  • Outside food and beverages*
  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances
  • Electronic vaporisers, including e-cigarettes and vape devices.
  • Weapons or items that may be used as weapons including but not limited to sharp objects and glass bottles
  • Fireworks, flares, laser pointers, or hazardous materials
  • Drones or unmanned aerial devices without prior written approval from the relevant authorities
  • Large professional photography, video or broadcasting equipment without media accreditation
  • Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate by the Organiser


*Exceptions may be made for medical, dietary, infant, or accessibility-related requirements.

Photography & Recording

  • By entering the festival, guests consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, marketing, archival, and media purposes.
  • The Organiser may use such content across print, digital, social media, broadcast, and future promotional materials without compensation or prior notification.


Pets

  • Pets are welcome during Sunday Family Day on 13 September 2026 unless otherwise advised.
  • Owners must supervise their pets at all times.
  • Pets must remain leashed or appropriately restrained.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that they do not cause nuisance or danger to other guests.
  • In accordance with Singapore regulations administered by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), dogs classified as Specified Dogs must be securely muzzled whenever required by law while in a public place. Owners are solely responsible for complying with all applicable licensing, leashing, muzzling, and control requirements under Singapore law.
  • Pet owners are solely responsible for the behaviour, control, welfare and supervision of their pets at all times while attending the festival.
  • Any injury, loss, damage, nuisance, or harm caused by a pet shall be the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
  • By bringing a pet into the festival grounds, the pet owners agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, venue owner, sponsors, exhibitors (participating vendors), contractors, volunteers, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the pet’s presence or conduct at the festival.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to, or require the immediate removal of, any pet that appears aggressive, uncontrolled, distressed, unwell, or otherwise poses a safety risk to guests, staff, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors (participating vendors), or other animals.


Sustainability

Guests are encouraged to:

  • Use designated recycling and waste disposal points.
  • Support the Beverage Container Return Scheme (where applicable).
  • Respect the festival grounds and surrounding environment.
  • Help us keep the festival grounds clean and enjoyable for all.


Family Attendance

  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult aged 21 years or above at all times. Furthermore, a responsible adult is one who has agreed to supervise and assume responsibility for the minor while attending the festival.
  • Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety, welfare, supervision, and conduct of minors attending the festival. For the purposes of these Entry Conditions, a minor means any person below 18 years of age.
  • Minors are welcome to attend designated sessions and areas of the festival where permitted by the Organiser. Minors will be required to put on a wristband as a means of identification.
  • Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care do not consume, possess, obtain or attempt to obtain alcoholic beverages while attending the festival.
  • Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults remain fully responsible for the safety, welfare, supervision, and conduct of minors attending the festival.
  • Alcohol will not be sold or served to persons below 18 years of age.
  • Children should be briefed on how to identify festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, and designated information points should they become separated from their parent, guardian and/or accompanying adult.
  • Parents, guardians, and/or accompanying adult are encouraged to ensure their children know their full name and a contact number for their accompanying adult.
  • Families are encouraged to identify the designated Family Meeting Point upon arrival and agree on it as a rendezvous location should members of their group become separated.


Lost Child Procedure

If a child becomes separated from their parent or guardian or accompanying adult:

For Parents / Guardian / Accompanying Adult

  • Remain calm and immediately notify the nearest festival staff member, volunteer, security officer, or Information Point.
  • Provide the child’s name, age, clothing description, and any distinguishing features.
  • Follow the instructions of festival personnel while a coordinated search is conducted.


For Children

  • If you cannot find your parent or guardian, stay where you are, if it is safe to do so, or approach the nearest festival staff member, volunteer, security officer, exhibitor, or Information Point for assistance.
  • Do not leave the festival grounds or accompany strangers.
  • For safety and privacy reasons, the Organiser may determine the most appropriate method of reuniting lost children with their parents or guardians and may not make public announcements in all circumstances.
  • The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to assist in locating separated children but accepts no responsibility or liability arising from the temporary separation of children from their parents or guardians.


Lost Property/Items

  • The Organiser is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into or left within the festival grounds.
  • Guests are advised to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
  • Guests are further advised not to bring valuable items to the festival.


Weather & Force Majeure

  • The festival is a rain-or-shine event.
  • Programme schedules, entertainment line-ups, exhibitors (participating vendors), activations, operating hours, venue layouts, ticket inclusions, and festival activities may be added, withdrawn, cancelled, modified, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled without prior notice.
  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, rescheduling, or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, public health emergencies, acts of government, regulatory requirements, labour disputes, venue restrictions, utility failures, transportation disruptions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, tickets, passes, hospitality packages, and other purchases shall remain subject to the Organiser’s prevailing refund, exchange, and cancellation policies. The occurrence of adverse weather, programme changes, performer substitutions, exhibitor changes, or partial interruptions of the festival shall not, by itself, entitle any attendee to a refund, compensation, or damages.
  • Where a festival session or the entire event is cancelled before commencement and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, replacement ticket, rescheduled admission, or such other remedy as it considers appropriate.
  • Decisions made by the Organiser, venue management, emergency services, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies concerning public safety, security, crowd management, weather, or event operations shall be final.
  • Guests acknowledge that portions of the festival may take place outdoors and are subject to changing weather, ground, sea, wind, temperature, and environmental conditions. Guests and all other attendees assume the risks associated with attending an outdoor event and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions, including sun protection, hydration, and suitable attire.
  • Guests are encouraged to monitor the weather forecast, wear appropriate attire, apply sunscreen, stay hydrated, and bring suitable rain protection where appropriate.
  • Umbrellas should not be opened in crowded areas or during performances where they may obstruct the view of other guests or pose a safety hazard.


Conduct

Guests must remember the number one mantra:

  • No outside alcohol permitted.


Furthermore, guests must not:

  • Engage in violent, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Cause nuisance to performers, sponsors, exhibitors, participating vendors, staff, volunteers, or other guests and attendees.
  • Damage festival property, infrastructure, or equipment.
  • Engage in unlawful activity.

We ask all guests to be respectful of fellow festival-goers, sponsors, exhibitors, participating vendors, performers, staff, volunteers, and the beautiful surroundings of the festival grounds so that everyone can enjoy an unforgettable festival experience.

Getting There

By Sentosa Bus

Hop on the free Sentosa Shuttle Bus Service from VivoCity or Harbourfront Bus Interchange and alight at Beach Station. Palawan Green is just a short walk away from the Beach station.

[Special BFA @ The Beach shuttle buses sponsored by SDC will be deployed to serve between Beach Station and Vivo City until closing hours of the festival.]

By Sentosa Beach Shuttle

The Sentosa Beach Shuttle operates in a loop within the island. Hop on at any stop and alight at Palawan Kidz City/ Opp Palawan Kidz City/ Palawan West stop. Palawan Green is a short walk from that stop.

By Sentosa Express

Board the Sentosa Express located on the 3rd level of VivoCity. Visitors can reach Palawan Green by alighting at Beach Station on the Sentosa Express. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the station to Palawan Green, making it a convenient option for those using this mode of transport.

By Public Bus

You can also take Public Bus 123 and alight at Beach Station. From there, it’s a short walk to reach Palawan Green.

By Car

If you’re driving, you can park at the nearest car park, which is Beach Station Car Park. This is conveniently located next to Palawan Green, allowing easy access to the venue. There are 650 lots.

By Taxi or Private Hire

Please let your driver know the full address. The nearest drop-off point is at Beach Station or Beach Station car park roundabout. Palawan Green is just a short walk away from the drop-off points. For entry through Sentosa gantry, Sentosa Island admission charges will apply.
