Shane Low is no stranger to Singapore’s live music scene, performing in nightspots since 2003, with acts such as PennyLane. As a solo act, he’s now one of the country’s most prolific and proficient live loop artists.

Live looping means recording and layering sounds in real time, building each part up in front of the audience until you get a much fuller arrangement. Shane does all of this from scratch, with no backing tracks or drum machines, swiftly weaving vocals, guitar, and rhythm to deliver performances with the energy and fullness of an entire band, all by himself
