Terms & Conditions:

1. To enter the venue, every attendee MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation.

2. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or sharing it with others to prevent forgery.

3. You may either present a hardcopy QR code printout OR show the PDF ticket with the confirmation email on your smart device.

4. Duplicate, damaged, or lost tickets will not be accepted, refunded, or replaced.

5. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons with proof of original ticket purchase.

6. No exchange of dates and no refunds of exchanged tickets.

7. For 1-Day Pass, redemption of complimentary (1) beer included in QR code.

8. For VIP passes, Free-flow beer is to be redeemed at the VIP Bar only. Beers redeemed at the VIP bar must be consumed within the VIP deck area, VIP pass holders are not allowed to bring the redeemed VIP beers out of the VIP Deck. The beers offered in VIP deck is while stock last.

9. Please allow relevant counter staff to scan QR code for redemption.

10. No admission for infant in arms and child aged below 18 years old on Thursday 11 July to Saturday 13 July 2024

11. Persons 18 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

12. Free admission for children below 13 years old and pets on Sunday 14 July 2024.

13. Persons from 13 years old and above must purchase a regular ticket for admission

14. Minors below the age of 18 shall not be allowed to purchase alcohol nor served alcohol.

15. Above terms & conditions subject to changes at management’s discretion. Management’s decision is final
